If your shipment contains a defective product, we sent you the wrong product in error, or you ordered the incorrect part, please contact the Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of your order at www.Buycableties.com so we can help.

• For defective parts we will issue a RGA number and the address in which you can return the parts. Once the parts are received and tested we will issue a refund for the parts returned.
• For wrong item sent we will issue a RGA number and the address in which you can return the parts. Once the parts are received we will then either issue a credit or send out the correct parts depending on the customer request.
• For wrong items ordered we will issue a RGA number and the address in which you can return the parts. Once the parts are received we will then issue a credit for the product minus a 15% restocking fee. No freight charges will be credited.

Cancellation Policy

Most orders ship from Buycableties.com with 24 hours. Any order canceled after the order has been shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We must be notified via email within 7 days of order.
